Our Beef tagine is the perfect dish to have ready for the weekend for hungry family who just love the tastes of savoury braised beef with sweet bites of apricot and hints of the Middle East cuisine

Though she has a couple of ceramic tagine she was gifted by her dad, her conventional ovens won't house them properly, so we use French Creuset pots to put the lamb through long slow cook to infuse the juices of all the spices and aromatics without broiling.
