The Lemon meringue tart is the such a treat for Easter and now available in Mini (only for Easter)
Ursula takes our Lemon tart and whips up a creamy meringue and roast it with a little torching to caramelise the tops.
The sweet short crust is made by hand, and blind baked to have a crunchy biscuity bite.
It's a perfect combination of sweet, tart and crunchy too.

Our quiches do contain wheat, eggs and milk.
