Our Lemon meringue tart is the latest addition to our sweet menu.
Ursula takes our Lemon tart and just before delivering to you she will whip up a creamy meringue and roast it with a little torching to caramelise the tops. It's Ursula's elegant version of lemon meringue.
The sweet short crust is made by hand, and blind baked to have a crunchy bite.

Our tarts do contain wheat, eggs and milk.
