Pear Chai Tart
Ursula has taken our Pear Bourdaloue to a delicious new level by poaching Bosc pears in her own Chai of Black tea, Cardamom, Fresh Ginger, Star Anise and sugar.
The pears poached sit on a bed of Ursula's buttery almond frangipane, and our biscuity sweet short crust.
This tart is extremely filling, and often served with icecream or cream.
Regular 9" size will serve 4-6 portions - $53
Large 10.5" size will serve 6-8 portions - $70

All our quiches use fresh local ingredients, where available.
Our quiches do contain wheat, eggs and milk.
