Stone Fruit Galette

True to Ursula's French heritage, she's bringing you her own Stone Fruit Galette. Only for the month of June.


Allow  your Le Cordon Bleu Chef to choose freshest local stone fruit, where available. It's likely to be Cherries, though during the summer months it would be Plums, Apricots, Peaches, Nectarines, Rhubarb or sweetest Cherries for your most delicious "very very French" dessert.


The Galette made with a Pate Brisée and loaded with our delicious Aussie fruit (selected by Ursula) will make your dessert unique and a change from our dessert tarts.


Heat it up a little or serve it room temperature. Serve with icecream or cream to make it even more delicious.


One size only - approximately 24cm diameter. Serves 6-8 portions.



    All our dishes use fresh local ingredients, where available. 

    Our desserts do contain wheat, eggs and dairy.


    Due to the restrictive laws that govern food service in New South Wales, we are unable to have a return policy.

    If you do experience dissatisfaction with your order, we will gladly offer you a refund.


    If you have ordered your quiches for delivery, we will endeavour to reach your designated location within the time requested. We cannot, however, be responsible for circumstances that are not in our control, like traffic or incliment weather.
